This cake consists of a creamy chocolate mousse layer, followed by a crunchy chocolate filling and a soft airy sponge cake. The masterpiece is finished off with a uniquely textured chocolate topping and a stunning faux rose.

Cake can be kept in a cool environment for up to 24hrs or refrigerated for up to 5 days.
