Above the tart sits our signature chocolate mousse cake filled with delicious rosemary cream and soft airy chocolate cake, the combination of the creamy softness along with the chocolate crunch is epic! These masterpieces are finished off with a maroon design and our signature gold leaf.

Best kept refrigerated, but most enjoyable when served at room temperature. This cake freezes well.
